British Steel to promote premium solutions at Railtex 2017

British Steel will be unveiling its new brand to the UK rail industry for the first time at Railtex 2017, on stand R54, where the company will be showcasing its range of premium steel products designed to meet the needs of the 24/7 railway industry. 

The company will also be supplying 30m of rail as the official Railtex ‘On-Track’ sponsor, and will be demonstrating some of its award-winning products:

HP335 - designed for improved wear and RCF resistance
Zinoco® - the most durable system available to combat rail corrosion
SilentTrack® - tuned rail damper system to help reduce pass-by noise by 3-6dB(A)

The company’s Rail Technologies team will be demonstrating some track monitoring activities on the official ‘On-Track with British Steel’ area, and will be available to answer any questions on the latest developments in track condition assessment.

British Steel’s Construction team will also be promoting its range of premium structural sections, designed to enhance your additional railway requirements from bridges to gantries to stations. 

Marketing Manager Daniel Pyke will be gracing the Rail Media seminar theatre on Thursday 11 April at 11.50am with his paper on ‘Smart steel for sustainable systems.’ Open to all, the technical seminar will take place on stand D61.
