British Steel to promote local rail partnership at EXPO Ferroviaria 2017

British Steel will be exhibiting for the first time at EXPO Ferroviaria in Milan, Italy, where the Rail team will be demonstrating how they can help fulfil the needs of the Italian rail industry through their range of premium rail products coupled with local logistics.

The annual event, EXPO Ferroviaria, is Italy’s showcase for railway technology, products and systems and takes place this year from 3 to 5 October.

Positioned at Hall 2, Stand 264, the company will be showcasing its range of high performance rail products, designed to address specific industry requirements and respond to customers' needs for extending rail life with less maintenance.

Products on show will include:

SF range - excellent wear-resistance and uniquely low residual stress for reduced foot fatigue

ML range – wear-resistant grooved rail and weld-restorable in track for multiple rail lives

Zinoco® - the most durable system available to combat rail corrosion
