At your interview/ assessment centre the most important thing is to be yourself! Try to relax and enjoy the experience, this way we can find out about each other and make sure we're a great fit. We'll ask you a series of competence-based questions - give us specific examples and don't be modest - this is your opportunity to promote yourself, your previous achievements and future ambitions. And don't forget to challenge us too - we're interviewing each other.
