Process Improvement manages a variety of projects across the supply chain for the business and involves co-ordinating meetings, problem-solving, organising those involved in a project and ensuring the project aims are met. Reporting Analysis works closely with IT software and involves developing performance metrics, delivering reporting, creating tools and applications to support business requirements and proposing necessary upgrades.
