From day one you will start your career in one of our plant areas while being released one day a week for your studies for your foundation degree in Materials Science.
This bespoke degree has been co-developed with North Lindsey College in Scunthorpe and is specifically designed to cover all the knowledge you will need to perform in your role
Following your successful completion of your foundation degree, you will work towards bachelors level. You will continue to rotate around key plant areas, building your knowledge and network, and begin to operate at a more senior level within our technical teams
In addition to practical and academic elements of the programme, we will be developing your business acumen and people management skills
