Power Controller, Shifts This is an exciting opportunity which will see you working within the Energy team ensuring the safe and reliable operation of High Voltage equipment.

To develop a solid engineering foundation you will commence your NVQ Level 3 apprenticeship alongside our apprentice cohort.
Within your first year you will also, through day-release to our academic partner, complete your HNC
The first year for engineers will be spent in the apprentice training centre on site in Scunthorpe and the further 2 years will be plant-based
You will work towards your bachelors degree throughout years 4 and 5 - all whilst continuing to rotate around the business helping you to understand what we do and how to operate at more senior levels within the engineering teams
In addition to practical and academic elements of the programme, we will be developing your business acumen and people management skills
